Delo 600 ADF SAE 15W-40

Premium-performance engine oil with long drain intervals and ultra-low ash

Delo® 600 ADF SAE 15W-40 with OMNIMAX™ is a premium-performance, long-drain engine oil with an ultra-low ash content, formulated to protect both the engine and the emissions system across a wide range of mixed fleets.

Delo 600 ADF SAE 15W-40 is engineered for a longer diesel particulate filter (DPF) life and better fuel economy by reducing DPF plugging and the frequency of regeneration. The product meets the latest standards, including Euro VI and EU Stage V for off-highway equipment.

Why ultra-low ash matters

Conventional heavy-duty oils leave metallic ash behind when they burn off, and that ash gradually clogs the DPF. Delo 600 ADF's ultra-low ash chemistry (0.4% sulphated ash) keeps the filter cleaner for longer, which means fewer forced regenerations, less back-pressure and measurable fuel savings over the life of the vehicle.

Customer benefits

  • Low ash content significantly reduces DPF plugging, helping cut maintenance, downtime and running costs.
  • Low metallic ash formulation promotes less DPF regeneration and back-pressure, contributing to fuel savings.
  • Premium detergent and dispersant additives support reliable component protection and more uptime.
  • Ashless dispersants help prevent oil filter plugging, sludge, abrasion, valvetrain wear and oil viscosity increase.
  • Formulated for long drain protection in both on-highway and off-highway diesel engines, helping optimise productivity.
  • Engineered to deliver strong wear resistance and effective DPF protection, helping reduce downtime.

Applications

Delo 600 ADF SAE 15W-40 is an API CK-4 and ACEA E6, E9 and E11 heavy-duty engine oil, specifically formulated for on-highway and low-emission diesel engines fitted with selective catalytic reduction (SCR), diesel particulate filters (DPF) and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) systems that call for a 15W-40 premium heavy-duty engine oil.

Thanks to its low-ash additive technology, it is also recommended for off-highway engines requiring a 15W-40 viscosity grade, and is fully backwards-compatible with older engine models and earlier API oil categories.

Suitable for use in tractors and other agricultural machinery from manufacturers including Case New Holland, CLAAS, Fendt, Massey-Ferguson, McCormick, SAME and Valtra, where an engine oil meeting the above specifications is required.

Frequently asked questions

What does "ADF" and ultra-low ash mean?

ADF stands for Advanced Diesel Formulation. The ultra-low ash chemistry (0.4% sulphated ash) is designed to keep the diesel particulate filter cleaner for longer, reducing plugging, regeneration frequency and back-pressure.

Can I use Delo 600 ADF in older engines?

Yes. Delo 600 ADF SAE 15W-40 is fully backwards-compatible with older engine models and earlier API oil categories, so it can be used across mixed fleets.

Is it suitable for agricultural machinery?

Yes. It is suitable for tractors and other agricultural equipment from manufacturers such as Case New Holland, CLAAS, Fendt, Massey-Ferguson, McCormick, SAME and Valtra, provided an oil meeting these specifications is required.

Does low ash affect engine protection?

No. Premium detergent and dispersant additives, together with ashless dispersants, provide strong protection against wear, sludge, oil filter plugging and viscosity increase, while still keeping the emissions system clean.
