Multifak EP greases are multipurpose extreme pressure greases containing highly refined mineral base oils, lithium thickener, EP additives and rust and oxidation inhibitors. It is suitable for use in many industrial, commercial and marine grease applications.

High performance multi-purpose EP grease

Multifak EP greases are multipurpose extreme pressure greases designed to offer improved mechanical stability and load carrying capacity with good corrosion protection, making it suitable for use in loaded bearings and within given temperature limits in both wet and dry conditions and in a variety of applications. Multifak EP greases are formulated with highly refined mineral base oils, lithium thickener, EP additives and rust and oxidation inhibitors. Multifak EP 2, if no automotive approvals are required, can be replaced by Marfak EP 2.

Applications

  • Multifak EP greases have high load-carrying capacity and, therefore, provide good protection of lubricated parts against wear. They provide advanced lubrication in the presence of water, protect bearing surfaces against corrosion, and have good resistance to oxidation, which supports long life in storage and in use
  • Multifak EP greases are work stable. They resist separation or throw out from antifriction bearings. They have low oil bleeding tendency under pressure and are pumpable at low temperatures
  • Multifak EP greases are suitable for use in typical centralized lubrication systems. They can satisfy a wide range of industrial and marine grease applications

  • Multifak EP greases are recommended for both plain and antifriction bearings and particularly for bearings subjected to shock loading
